How to get your best measurements:
- Use a soft flexible tape measure
- Wear just undergarments
- Make sure tape is parallel to the floor
WAIST: Measure around the narrowest part of your torso. A good way to locate your waist is to stand straight and bend to the side- the spot where your torso hinges is your waist.
HIP: Stand with feet together and measure around the widest part of your bottom. (Generally 8-10 inches below waist)
