Due to COVID-19 and current postal delays, shipping and returns may take longer than normal to process.
We ship most of our orders in convenient reusable mailers with dual adhesive strips, so keep it around in case you need to make a return.
How much does it cost?
Free USPS First Class Package shipping to all 50 US states (excluding US territories and possessions)
Packages will be shipped USPS First Class Package International* for a flat rate of $25 USD. The rate for Ireland, United Kingdom, and Canada is $20 USD.
Customer is responsible for the cost of any taxes, duties, and custom fees due upon receipt. We cannot be responsible for packages that are "refused" by the customer, and will not be able to process refunds for these orders.
When will my order arrive?
All orders are processed Monday through Friday within 1-2 business days and will take about 3-5 business days to arrive after it leaves the shipping location.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped with a tracking number.
What if my order arrives damaged or is not delivered?
Check your tracking information or email us right away at email@example.com if you need assistance.

When can I return my order?
If you are not thrilled with your purchase for any reason we will gladly accept a return that is postmarked within 14 days from the day you received your order.
What can I return?
In order to be eligible for a return the item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, hygienic liner intact, free from any soil or damage, and all tags and labels attached. Please do not remove and reattach hygienic liner. We recommended that you try on with underwear underneath.Take care not to get makeup, oils, deodorant marks, or any perfume fragrance on the garment.
All items marked “final sale” are not returnable or refundable.
*NOTE: Bambina reserves the right to refuse any return if the merchandise does not meet our return policy standards.
Can I make an exchange?
Due to the select nature of our merchandise, we cannot guarantee the item's availability for exchange. If you would like another color, size, or style, we recommend that you place a new order, return the unwanted item (adhering to return policy rules) and we'll get your refund back to you as quickly as possible.
How do I start my return?
Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your Order# in the subject line and let us know you are making a return. We'll email you a return shipping label within 24 hours.
How do I package my return?
Place your item back in the original packaging if still useable. If not, carefully package in a similar type of mailer as the label is weight sensitive.
How much will it cost?
Bambina offers FREE returns for all Domestic U.S. orders. Once your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid USPS shipping label to adhere to your package.
We are not able to provide return labels for international orders at this time, therefore the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping and all associated taxes, duties, and custom fees. When mailing be sure to use a tracking capable service and insurance is recommended, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.

When will I receive my refund?
Your refund will be processed within 1-2 business days once your return is received and approved. A confirmation email will be sent indicating refund status and funds will be credited to the credit card used to place the order. A confirmation email will be sent once your return has been received and processed. All sales tax paid will be refunded.
*NOTE: It may take up to 10 business days for a refund to post back to the credit card depending on your bank.
How does my refund work with AfterPay?
AfterPay will adjust your payment schedule accordingly so that you will receive a refund for all the payments you have made and future payments will be canceled.
