Due to COVID-19 and current postal delays, shipping and returns may take longer than normal to process.
Colors on computer monitors and phone screens vary widely, therefore, we cannot guarantee your display will be a 100% accurate representation of garment color.
We ship most of our orders in convenient reusable mailers with dual adhesive strips, so keep it around in case you need to make a return.
Where do you ship to and how much does it cost?
DOMESTIC - Free USPS First Class Package shipping to all 50 US states (excluding territories and possessions)
INTERNATIONAL - USPS First Class Package International*
-Ireland, United Kingdom, Canada $15
-Rest of World $20
* All taxes and duties due upon receipt must be paid by the customer. We can not be responsible for packages that are "refused" by the customer, and will not be able to process refunds for these orders.
When will I receive my order?
DOMESTIC- All orders are processed M - F within 1 - 2 business days and will take about 2 to 3 business days to arrive once shipped.
INTERNATIONAL- All orders are processed M - F within 1 - 2 business days and will take about 7 business days to arrive once shipped.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped with a tracking number.
What if my order arrives damaged or is not delivered?

*PLEASE NOTE: Bambina is not responsible for lost or missing packages that show successful delivery to order address on tracking information.
When can I return an order?
DOMESTIC- Orders must be returned within 14 days of the postmarked delivery date.
INTERNATIONAL- Orders must be returned within 21 days of the postmarked delivery date.
What can I return?
We will happily accept unworn, unwashed garments in new condition with all tags and hygienic liners intact.
Please do not remove and reattach hygienic liner. We recommended that you try on with underwear underneath.
Take care not to get makeup, oils, deodorant marks, or any perfume fragrance on the garment.
All items marked “final sale” are not returnable or refundable.
*NOTE: Bambina reserves the right to refuse any return if the merchandise does not meet our return policy standards.
Can I make an exchange?
Due to the select nature of our merchandise, we cannot guarantee the item’s availability for exchange. If you would like to exchange for another color, size, or style, we recommend that you place a new order, return the unwanted item (adhering to return policy rules), and we’ll get your refund back to you as quickly as possible.
How do I return an item and how much does it cost?
Email firstname.lastname@example.org with Order # in the subject line and let us know you are making a return.
Place garment back into the original plastic bag with all labels attached and hygienic liner intact into the reusable EcoEnclose mailer. If the mailer is not in a usable condition be sure to use another secure packaging method.
*NOTE: When mailing return, be sure to use a service that is trackable and insurance is recommended, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
DOMESTIC- We will send an email with a label that you can print and use to mail your package. The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund amount.
INTERNATIONAL- We are not able to provide return labels for international orders therefore return shipping and associated duty and fee costs are customers’ responsibility.

When will I receive my refund?
Your refund will be processed within 1-2 business days once your return is received and approved. A confirmation email will be sent indicating refund status.
*NOTE: It may take up to 10 business days for a refund to post back to the credit card depending on your bank.
Refund will be credited to the purchaser’s credit card used to place the order.
All sales tax paid will be refunded.

How does my refund work with AfterPay?
AfterPay will adjust your payment schedule accordingly so that you will receive a refund for all the payments you have made and future payments will be canceled.
