- Bambina offers free Standard First Class shipping on all domestic U.S. orders,excluding U.S. territories and possessions.
- All items are shipped using US Postal Service First Class Mail which takes 3-5 business days for delivery.
- We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Your 100% satisfaction is our top priority, so if for any reason you would like to return your item just follow these few easy steps. *In order to ensure proper credit, please be sure to adhere to the Return Policy Rules.
*RETURN POLICY RULES
- Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of your delivery date.
- Sale items cannot be returned and all sales are final.
- All original tags and hygienic liners must be attached. (Naturally, we cannot accept merchandise that has been worn, washed, or altered in any way. Please take care when trying on suit as jewelry, lotions, or oils may cause damage to material)
- Your complete satisfaction is always our goal, but due to the select nature of our merchandise we cannot guarantee the item’s availability for exchange. Send us an email at contact@BambinaSwim.com and we'll find a solution together.
- Once your item arrives, we'll send an email letting you know we have received it and the status of your exchange or refund.
- When sending return or exchange packages to us please be sure that the item is trackable, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
- In the event of a refund it may take an additional 3-10 business days for refund to post back to credit card depending on your bank.
- At Bambina we pay close attention to every detail to ensure your garment is shipped in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item please contact us immediately at contact@BambinaSwim.com and we will gladly replace the unwashed/unworn item or issue for full credit at our expense.
